Fast start from the boys today looked really sharp. Our possession and work rate was very good, just our final ball lacking that bit of quality that we know we have. Big Zac very commanding in goals, Jordan Andy and Lewis winning their defensive duals against a very good front front line. We went 1-0 from an Ethan kelly corner into the box, Paul found Elvis who was quickest to react to fire the ball in past the Larky keeper. we created a great chance from a fast break after defending a corner, Big Zacs through ball found Clarence, he played a nice 1-2 with Elvis and found Adrian who’s shot was blocked by the larky defender. We created another chance this time down the right hand side. Paul and Ethan linked up well to find Ryley overlapping run. His perfectly weighed cross found Mackenzie at the back post. His effort was well saved by the Larky keeper. Just before half time Larkhall were down to 10 men for a challenge on Lewis.

Second half we started well, Max and Luca both driving us forward on both sides with just the final ball missing from some great passing moves. We found ourselves down to 10 men shortly after as Jordan was sent off for an off the ball incident.

Larkhall started to find themselves taking control in the middle of the park and won a free kick out on our left hand side. The ball in behind our defence was picked out by the striker who danced his way past both of our defenders to play the ball past big Zac. 1-1

We concede a second from a fast break from Larkhall, managing to ride the challenge in midfield and pick out the striker again who fired into the corner.
